Alson Wang has joined Gelecta Finland Oy as Sourcing Manager.
Wang brings over 20 years of experience in international manufacturing, product development, and customer account management. He has held positions at companies such as Harman, Premium Sound Solutions, and Salcomp, working on projects with global OEM customers.
His expertise covers a wide range of manufacturing technologies, including plastics and injection molding, metal processes, surface treatments, as well as cost and quality management in production. In addition, he has strong experience in project management, supply chains, and international collaboration.
At Gelecta, Wang is responsible for sourcing operations in China. His role is to ensure that customer projects progress efficiently and in a controlled manner from concept to serial production.
Wang succeeds Gelecta’s long-standing local representative, Siping Liu, who is retiring.
